Some garments are a work of art and some are showstoppers. This Shibori style hand-pleated, bell-shaped dress is one of those garments. Featuring multiple print panels, horizontal pleating and verticals on the skirt with adjustable toggles to adjust skirt length for varying heights. Blouson top for easy fit. A forever piece (with pockets).

A note on length/storage: As is their nature (and according to the laws of gravity), horizontal pleats will lengthen if hung. It's advised this style not be hung when storing, unless a longer length is desired. Once the perfect length is established, keep it in a drawer (not a hanger).
